Yep. Many department stores even have "bra fitters" to help measure you correctly. There should be a fitting room in the lingerie department. I think the only time it's not okay to try on a bra in a store is, say, if you were a guy.

I would think so. I mean, you need to kind of guess when you buy things like panties, but bras are different. You can't simply walk into Victoria's Secret and guess what size you are. If you do that, chances are you'll pick the wrong bra for you. But yes, trying on bras is absolutely acceptable. I do it all the time, and at places like VS (Victoria's Secret), it's almost expected. They have salespeople to help you buy the right one. <3

You most certainly can. Bras should fit your breasts properly; it's actually quite important. Some stores will actually have their employees come into the change room with you and help you select a perfect it. Akward! but beneficial. So unless you are lactating, feel free to try on as many bras as you want!

YES!!! They only way you know if it is going to fit is by trying it on. A measurement is just the starting point. You could be 1 band size, and/or 1 cup different in either direction from what you measure.

Sure you can, unless you want to buy all sizes and bring them home and try them on there. Then you'll have to return all the ones that don't fit.

Sure it is. You need to try it on to make sure it's a good fit.
