i need a doctor's note for work but im not sick. I don't know what to do because I just dont feel well but i didnt go to the doctor and i have to give it to my boss tomorrow

Considering you posted this question three days ago and you needed a doctors note two days ago, I'm a little late to help you at this time. However, in the future, go to the doctor and just state your shoulder, neck, or back hurts. Be prepared to give a little description of how it feels, etc. These areas are notorious for hurting for no reason and the doctor will do nothing but say take some aspirin/ibuprofen and let it rest for a few days. Only when the pain persist in these areas and the pain gets really bad will the doctors ever run test, etc. That will get you a doctors note in the future.

& you told him you went to the doctor? Say you lost it and youll have to get another one. Or just be a man-er woman-and fess up.
