I've just done a virus scan from McAfee & its paused saying
FILE NAME C;/Program Files/TimeSink/Adgateway/...
potentially unwanted program PUP nameAdwareTSADB
What do I do now?? sorry but I'm all new to this...

Calm down its nothing to worry about. every answer so far is correct. Just nuke it.. Kill it dead.. Job done problem solved....

Remove the PUP... If the PUP cannot be remove, take your computer to a repair store...
If you have the options as delete PUP or quarantine, then try delete it, if not quarantine the PUP>

Remove it. You can also run the 2 scans below and one of them will most likely find it as well.
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
Download, update and run Adaware---http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/products/select_your_product.php

It's adware you can remove it safely have a look at this site it describes it

download macaffe stand alone stinger on to a 3.5"floppy
and the run it best of luck. if you have virus use a friend pc to download

delete it dont risk it it may not be harmfull but do as i do remove it
