The TV and phone installation went fine for me, but the broadband equipment couldn't be set-up for a while (coz of some sort of tag left from a previous company.) After that hiccup evrything worked fine. One tip, don't use their free McAfee software, it slows down your PC like you wouldn't believe, and it's not that good.

I tried to switch for my broadband provision. I'm still waiting for the sky connection to work (something to do with my BT line I believe and it's gonna cost me about £100 for an engineer!)
I've still got the headache and it started in December!
