Nope- no legal limit; however, I'd wait 3-5 months per year of marriage before plunging again. For example, if you were married 10 years, waiting 30-50 months before remarrying is solid thinking. It takes years to undo harm and be able to commit without the memories interfering with the new wife/husband.

There is no time limit to wait to get remarried after a divorce.My girlfriend and her husband were divorced in 1997 and her ex was remarried two days later.I was divorced in 1998 and remarried in 2003.

no, you can remarry anytime after your divorce is final, but people who jump right back into a relationship after they got divorce tend to bring the same problems into the new relationship,
