Yeah losing weight doesn't help everyone because it depends on how much fat versus dense tissue is in your breasts. Also, my insurance company never required me to lose weight before they would approve me, nor did my PS or family doctor say that I need to lose before surgery. I know how hard it is to work out with big breasts.
Have you tried http://www.justmysize.com ? they have some good bras there.
If you have a lot of back pain you could get a breast reduction, and most likely could get approved to be covered by insurance. I had my reduction covered by insurance 100%.
If you want to do more research on it, check these sites out:
http://www.bfar.org
http://www.breasthealthonline.com
that last site helped me out so much with my reduction.

You might be able to lose weight and help decrease your bra size. From the sound of it you will be big no matter what - I'm in the same boat.
Also many doctors will suggest you lose weight before they will perform a reduction (also it proves to the insurance company that you've tried EVERYTHING to decrease your bra size).

i had the same kinda prob a while back im 34dd and for my body coz im so small they seem so much bigger and bras arent even supportive, what i done in the end was tighten the straps as far as they would go and it lifted my breasts a bit and thats made it more comfortable since. ive heard that breast reduction doesnt make a difference but hope whateva you do works.

i feel your pain!! (40DDD) i've looked for a remedy also, but haven't found one. i always get minimizer bras to keep the weight as close to my center of gravity as possible (helps w/ the back pain) but all bras tend to wear out so fast!! i also go to a specialty bra store that will mend it for a minimal fee ($5-15) and make sure to get ones that have solid material (as opposed to lacey--not like there's much choice, usually! lol)
good luck!

there really isn't much else you can do. I would advise making them a bit smaller. In the long run you will be glad. I have big ones too and I am trying to get my insurances to cover me to have them made smaller
