Being 13 and pregnant isn't a very smart thing to do! What were u thinking? You should be in grade 8, having fun. It's graduation year.
Contact u'r local CAS, and they will help u...or strike that they just may take u'r baby cuz u'r so young. Contact u'r local woman's house. Is there some bad stuff going on at home that u can't goto u'r parents? I understand u'r parents will be so mad but they'll only be mad for so long.
I don't understand why u'r 13 & homeless?
Goto the Health Unit and make sure u'r looking after u'rself and u'r baby. This can be a scarey time, and I pray for you! I think the Public Health Unit would be u'r best bet!!!!

Social Services have a duty towards you as you are under 16. When your baby is born they will also have a duty towards the baby. They will do everything they can to keep the two of you together, but you will have to work with them and co-operate with them and prove that you can take care of the baby. They will be watching your every move.
You are not entiitled to a home by yourself with the Council or any other landlord until you are 16 (often 18). You would have to be placed in a foster home or childrens home until you are 16. If you were to be placed in a foster home, or childrens home, then Social Services would have a duty towards you until you were 21 to assist you with whatever you might need their help for. (This would be a 'Leaving Care Team'.)
Are you actually homeless, or is this what you think your parents will do when they find out you are pregnant? It might not be as bad as you think! If they do, Social Services will do their best to change their minds!

p.s. Dence is has given you some information which is not quite right; firstly Social Services do not have a responsibility for anyone, but they do have a responsibility to under 16s and some other groups.
Also you cannot present yourself to any Homelessness Section because you are under 16, and it would be unlawful for them to help you, they would simply send you to Social Services.
The rest of what he said is about right, but obviously only applicable to over 16's.

they cant rehouse you as your a minor you would be put in a foster home and if you keep the baby it may be taking into care too,as your homeless and have no source of income to bring baby up
if your homeless how do you intend supporting and bringing a baby up? someone should still be getting child benefit for you and yet you want to claim it for your own baby?
its not much you know you wont be able to keep a baby on that?
why cant you go home?

im guessing your probably at a library or somewhere where they have free internet right now so EVERYONE STOP GIVEN HER A HARD TIME SHE DOESNT DESERVE IT!. First I think you should really go somewhere maybe a hospital anywhere you can get off the streets your to young,to vulnerable and pregnant please get some help. I know you must be extremely scared or alone or you wouldnt be posting this cry for help.Is there anyone you can stay with maybe a friend all I know is you need to be somewhere warm safe and dry. Maybe you can find a hospital that would be the best place for you, you need medical attention A.S.A.P!!

I think from your question, you are planning to be homeless- is this because you are pregnant and scared to tell your parents? if you can't talk to them approach a teacher at school, or a friends mum, also you can call helplines- good luck

Well if you are homeless how are you on the computer ? If this is the truth yes the state has to put you on foster care and try and find a family for you.

You wont be given a flat coz you can't hold a tennency until you're 16. However, you will most likely be given a place in a mother & baby hostel. Don't worry, you won't be left on the street.

Even LONDON ENGLAND has homes for kids like you. There MUST be a foster home that you could be put in. You are under the age of 18, and you are supposed to be with your parents, but if your parents are dead or kicked you out, then you can go to the police station and ask them to put you in a foster hom, and they WILL.
You deserve to have your baby in a nice, warm hospital bed, not a cold, hard STREET or gutter!
You deserve to be going to school. (you are probably in 9th grade, right?)
You deserve to have a house and a home and people who actually care about you. (you need to be in a foster home)
If you are serious, then you need to go to the police and they will help you! It is the police's job to help a poor little 13 year old pregnant girl out of a bad situation!
