Wow, I'm in the same boat. The only difference is that my wife is already ruining my life. Just file for the divorce. It's the only way to regain the upper hand. Me, I'm just waiting until I have enough money for the paperwork. Then, It'll be Hasta La Vista, Biatch.

Just because she says she is going to do it doesn't mean she can. You do have legal rights. You already know you want out of the marriage. Do you think things will get better now that she has made these threats and you agree to stay because of her threats and your fears??? Not a chance. Contact a lawyer, most provide free consultations. If not, get in touch with legal aid in your area, they can at least answer some of your questions.

Move out ASAP. It's not up to her to get divorce or not. You can file for a divorce and at worse it may take a little longer but your wife can't keep you tried to the marriage if you don't want that marriage.

It's not up to her to get a divorce. File for a divorce. Go to court and be done...It use to be that two people had to agree on the divorce but that was many blue moons ago. Get your divorce and let her suffer in her own misery

Well tell me whose life is it? Hers or yours? If you've tried everything in your power to save your marriage and it just doesn't seem to be getting better then get a divorce or take a break from each other.

what in the world did you do to her.....but you can still get a divorce, she may not want to......but find yourself a good lawyer before you seperate so that you do the seperation correctly. and the lawyer will tell you how to handle the rest.

Its not up to her. you dont need her signature to get a divorce, just takes a lot longer. and how can she riun your life?? do what ever you have to do to make your self happy. you only live once and have every right to be happy!!

ask for a separation agreement...even if you live with her you can get one! also if if she refuses to sleep with you even while living with you for one whole year you can file for a divorce on those grounds ...good luck

just file the papers and get court order for her to vacate premises. the police usually help her leave.
