Your going to love Chrno C. It's got everything your asking for and more. Um lets see...there was a lot of good anime on the list people already gave you. Some new ones that are still legal to get from the torrent sites...
Black Blood Brothers kind of generic, but the action is good, and at times its funny, and at times it's boardering on perverse in the romance.
Not a romance that I think and definitely not funny but still really ******* good is Death Note
Another one that is romantic and funny the action I'm not sure about but the show was absolutely adorably and not the teeth rotting bubble gum sailor moon kind of way either. The name is Kami Chuu.
Another one that isn't romantic or funny is Jigoku Shojo. This one is cool and creepy, and I love how the pri.ks get their collective desserts.
Hmm...I can't think of anything else that wasn't said already...if you want to keep current on the anime that's knew brush up you subtitle skills and head over to www.animesuki.com they have links to tons and tons of new anime of every genes expect super dirty hentai. But that's ok because your a good god fearing person that never ever watches naughty stuff ;)
