I got "hooked up" with this guy after we had seen each others picture. we spent only a few hours together at a car dealership where he went to purchase a car. that's it...haven't seen each other since!!! we talk over the phone and now he tells me he loves me.... I think that's creepy cause we don't even know each other! what do you think? creepy or sexy?

given your whole situation, I'd lean towards creepy.
that being said, I went on a date with a girl, ended up spending every day for that first week together going on this date, that date, whatnot..and by the end of three weeks we were both ready to run off to europe to elope and start making babies until her mother put the kibosh on that idea.
Instead we waited about ten months, got married, and THEN started making babies...there still hasn't been a day that's gone by in the last 14 months that we've known and loved each other that we haven't spent with each other.
So, yea, in your specific situation it sounds a little creepy considering you've not seen each other but once during those first three weeks but it's not the length of time that gives it that status but rather the fact that you still don't know each other. At the end of my three weeks I thought I had know my wife all my life. Still do in fact....

Run, run as fast as you can from this guy. He is needy and desperate. You already screwed up by even meeting him, now it's your job to make sure you are not on the 6:00pm news in a body bag.
Now the fact that you don't know this and might think it's sexy doesn't speak well of you. You have issues that need to be fixed too.
