Techinically, yes. You are still a virgin until you have sexual intercourse.
The hymen can break or be torn by a number of things - gymnastics, horseback riding, fingers, bodily trauma (such as a car accident), pleasure toys, etc. It can even remain partially intact after you have sex multiple times! So it's not a totally reliable indicator of virginity.
Be sure to discuss condoms, STDs, pregnancy, and birth control with your boyfriend BEFORE you have sex (that includes oral). Ask your doctor or local health clinic if you have any questions or concerns.
