I don't what you mean by "go". You're old enough to use real words. If you mean urinate, he may have nocturnal enuresis. It's involuntary but can be controlled by medication and/or psychological therapy and his bed can be protected by a rubber sheet and incontinence undergarments. The cause must be determined and this will, in turn, determine treatment. It will most likely be either psychological or organic (physical).

If by "go", you mean bowel movement. This is something that must be addressed by his physician. Again, his bed can be protected by a rubber sheet and incontinence undergarments.

In the meantime, don't humiliate or embarrass him further. It can worsen the problem. Your parents need to make a doctor's appointment for him right away.

I think mentioning it to him only embarrasses him and might contribute to him doing it more. Sounds like there are some emotional issues that he needs to address. Maybe you can talk to your mom about making an appointment for him to talk with a counselor. Are there things going on in his life causing a lot of stress? Pressure? Parents not getting along, etc? All of these things can impact your brother (and you). Mom needs to help him by talking with him or getting him some professional help. Give him support. This is serious -- and very embarrassing for him. Let him know you love him and you want to help him overcome this.
