Well, considering that 1. Eating those little ceiling-crawling spiders while you're asleep is involuntary, and 2. That I'm sure if you had the chance to eat an ACTUAL spider, i.e. Tarantula, Brown Recluse, Trapdoor, etc. , you would not like it as much.

I thought the average person swallowed about 15 per year. Personally, the thought of a spider coming anywhere near my mouth makes me want to just....vomit. yes, vomit.
