My 13 year old sister needs an excuse to stop her "freind " staying over.?

My mother asked my little sisters mate to stay over tomorrow night, but my sister cant be arsed at all.

How can she get out of this one.

She can't be honest about the fact she dont want her to stay, and she cant say she's ill because she thinks it's too obvious an excuse, plus she will see her in school in the day time.

any ideas?

Tell her that she's painting her room tonight. Or that her mom is ill.
