I don't think this is normal, but we need more oil every 2 weeks and I know it isn't leaking out. Plus every once in a wile I smell something like burning wax coming through the heater.

Some engines will blow the oil back through the throttle body and burn it if the pcv valve is bad. But since you smell the buring wax odor it is more likely leaking near the top of the engine and dripping down onto the exhaust manifold and evaporating off. This can happen if the valve cover is warped.
My car (91 Ford Taurus) leaked oil from the the oil-pressure sending unit for a while, and since the oil leaked out only when the engine was running, it usually ended up spread out on the road somewhere and not in my driveway.

I think the oil gets clogged in somewhere and or if its leaking around the pan check to see if there is any oil around the pan it doesn't have to drip on the ground it can go all around the pan so please becarful
