"You wanna have sex.???" , and I think that would turn a girl off, because most girls want to believe that you love them, for who they are, not for being easy to get what the boy wants.
I'm pretty sure that if you asked that question, on the first date, it would get you a NO, and no future dates with her. You'd save that question for the fifth or sixth date with the same girl, then it might work.
