As the other person mentioned, you can easily do a search for the picture. About every tabloid and major celebrity magazine (Star, US Weekly, Life & Style, In Touch) has the picture of Britney's shaved head on the cover.
To be honest, I am not sure why she shaved her head? I've heard her hair could've been damaged from excess coloring or hair extensions. I've also heard she shaved her head to avoid drug testing.
