A "B sale" is a bank sale. There basically selling different items, so instead of saying "selling full rune" or whatever they say "bsale." They'll put up their items for sale, and if you want to buy one, you tell them which one you'd like to buy, then haggle the price or whatever, then trade again and buy what you want.
