well she would be 25 and her birthday would then be today March 1st since she was born on the 29 of Feb on a leap year you technically would turn another year old every 4 years but it would be March first every year and on a leap year it would obviously be the 29th

Most hold their birthday on March 1st or Feb. 28th. Otherwise they would only age once every 4 years. In that case your Cousin would be what like 7.

so shes 96 cause every 4 yrs i dought shes 96 so ya shes still 24 shes probally 6 cause 6X4=24.
