The color red is huge right now,particularly red rimmed sunglasses.

Casual for a look with Abercrombie or Hollister. Flip flops are a must and some graphic tees - also consider paring your ripped up jeans w/ a fitted tee from Armani Exchange or Banana Republic.
For something a bit more formal... a nice Ralph Lauren polo or button up... if going w/ a polo stick to a solid color, but if going w/ a button up, take a pattern. Pair with either a nice pair of RL khakis or well coordinated shorts. Flip flops can still be acceptable... but Cole Haan or Kenneth Cole has some excellent loafers that are a more relaxed, yet dressed up look.
Eyewear... depends on your face shape, but if you can stick with something in a rectangular fram.. .perhaps tortoise shell rimmed or a nice metal half rim. Sun glasses... should be unobtrusive and relatively large. However, stay away from Aviator glasses.
