Iraq since thats where all our tax money is going. That place is going to rebuilt and state of the art unlike our country which will be third world thanks to the lack of the administrations concern for our failing infrastructure

New Zealand not bad, but Switzerland is good to. They require all citizens to be able to shoot a service rifle and equip you with one should the need arise to use it.
