My answer is YES but it will never happen. Paris Hilton could kill someone and still get away with it. Money talks and the Hilton name is too big and powerful to ever be touched by the law. This is the country we live in folks!

Well of course they should, but will they? Not a chance. The DA has proven once again that being a celebrity means you have a different set of laws to abide to. I would love to see her std carrying a** in jail with general pop. There would be a wide spread herpes epidemic.

YES!!!! She's no better than anyone else. If it were one of us 'mere mortals' we'd be in the slammer before we could blink. Those people get far too many privileges. She and others like her need a good dose of reality. All their money and things doesn't make them better than we are.
