Has anyone earned a good return on these real estate investments?

Trust deeds are ok but there are factors you nust see to evaluate if it is a good note. One is, Is the note seasoned more than 12 months. The next is have the payments been on time. Next is what is the discount you are going to receive by purchasing note. I invest with other investors in Colorado RE ..sometimes we do decide to buy notes depending on the market conditions. I am always meeting people who would like to form an investment corp if you are intrested let me know. I form them out of Nevada for the reason that there is no state taxes also I form them as trust accounts thereby reducing taxes due until the time the funds are paid out also expect funds to be used for three years with a minimum return of 25-31 % if you want to know more write to me at billone44@yahoo.com once you respond I will give you more information
