You shouldn't have to download anything for a Sansa, it should just be plug and play through USB. When you plug it in, it should show up as a removable drive. Just drag your songs onto it.

You connect the cable presented into the two the mp3 participant and your usb slot. as quickly as you have performed which you bypass into my laptop and click on the place it shows the Sansa Mp3 tab as quickly as you click that it will open as a folder. From there you drag any track you have on your comp into that folder and it will write directly to participant. Then basically close the folder and disconnect and you'd be good to bypass.
