They hate Bush, they hate the fact we are fighting terrorist in Iraq they campaigned on stopping the war in Iraq and promised not to fund it but at the end of the day these spineless nitwits do not even have the political courage of their so called convictions to vote on a resolution to do what they say they want to do. They know the majority of Americans do not want to cut off funds to our brave troops in harms way.

ToRichardNoggin: the Dems political base wants them to defund and stop the war. They are like you and lack the balls to live up to their so called convictions. If you had any brains you would have gone to Med school vs. neutering animals for a living.

Simply put, it's not a politically expedient solution. That was their reason for attempting to pass a useless, non-binding resolution. It made them look good to their lunatic left base, but at the same time, they did not actually have to do anything of substance.

The demoncrats may be lunatics all around, but they're not stupid. They know that the minute they withdraw funds and leave our troops in a lurch, the American people will unite and turn against them. So you see, it's all about their power.

Like I said: simple.

I knew they were going to be this way when they started that stupid non-binding time waster. Seems the demos say anything the movie stars will agree with so the voters that admire ther opinon as though it counts as logic, will vote for them. after they take office non of them want to be the one "RESPONSIBLE". So you have what we've had since they took office, and anyone thinks they'll do better in time is just fooling themselvs.

Speaking of cajones, why aren't you and other neocons in Iraq right now? How is it that your support for this war is just strong enough to want it perpetrated indefinitely but not strong enough to enlist?

That would be stupid and then Bush would turn around and say" I could have won the war if the Dems had not cut off funding." Bush got us into this. If the Dems cut off funding, they would be letting him off the hook.

So you want them to NOT fund it? Is that what you're saying? Or are you daring them? Or are you implying they're cowards? I'm not sure you have the intellectual capacity or courage to accuse anyone of anything.

if you read the whole article you would have found out that they never wanted to cut funding from the troops and want to increase money. nice try though.

Why won't the neocon fascists admit they lied to the American people and are criminally responsible for the deaths of thousands.
