well, i heard of this cool costume idea, but not sure how exactly to dress or how to do makeup. i've got the pale skin and three eyelashes but the lips i'm like huh? any ideas

I did that! yeh fake eyelashes, bright red lipstick and LINER! Layer short rah rah skirts so they stick out as much as possible, wear knee socks and buckled shoes. hair, bunches as high up as u can get them..or high pigtails..whichever..can draw on freckles and go with bright blue eyeshadow xx

Exaggerate the color and liner on your lips, and keep them in a constant state of semi-pucker throughout the evening. Or if you are a rag doll, you could draw the stitches around your lips with the lip liner.
