I've seen black in London, Green with White in Mexico, Yellow in Brazil, and white seems to be predominant in Europe.

In most Countries they dont have Regulations stipulating a particular Colour. A Cab Company might decide to have its own Colours Like Pink for instance , In London I think there is a Cab Company that has Pink Taxis, and they have small Carsand they call it Mini Cabs. The Yanks LIke to have Yellow Taxis and some Countries Taxi Companies like to Copy them but it is not a Regulation they donthave to.
