The man is a total LEGEND, he may even play again on Saturday, whilst the player who kicked his head had to go off because it spained his ankle and is out for two weeks!
By the way, truth is he left the Party at 1:30, not 3am, but take your point...and he has had nausea and headaches since. A 2nd brain scan yesterday was routine, and has revealed no apparent problem - but head/brain injuries are tricky, and he's such a huge influence for Chelsea and England that I pray he's OK.
Personally, I hope he's rested until the Champion's League game on Tuesday, and think that the Blues can safely see off Pompey without him. Dream on mancs if you think he won't be lifting the Prem Trophy in May!

I also thought he was badly injured when the accident happened. But then you hear how he managed to get back to the Stadium before the Football Game had finished, and was able to party with his Team Mates till 3 am. I start to think is my sympathy would be better used for something else.

I'm a Man U fan too but his fall scared me. He was really brave to go for that header. Good to know he recovered quickly. Arsenal's Abou Diaby felt really bad about it even though it was an accident on his part.

i hate to see those things happen. even though i cant stand chelsea, those things just arent nice to see in the game. i read that everything was fine and he was back with the team celebrating after the game.
it happen to Crouch in the Liverpool game last weekend too....he didnt lose consciousness, but i think broke his nose. those dives and high kicks are a dangerous pair.
