If you were sexually harassed you do not need a pro-bono lawyer. You can get a lawyer to represent you on a contingency fee.

are you accused of sexual harassment or are you accusing someone else? If it's the former, lotsa luck, although if it happened at work, your employer might indemnify you. If you are accusing someone else, and if it's work-related, try the EEOC. (do a web search)
