I don't know why it's going to be hard for you to have kids so it's hard to give good advise. If it's because you have irregular or long cycles, or if you're older than 35, the best thing is to chart your fertility signs using the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" or a site such as fertilityfriend.com. This might also help if the man has a low sperm count, one of the things it help is to have sex only every other day during your most fertile times. If there are other medical problems such as PCOS or endrometriosis your doctor is the best one to tell you how to combat those issues. If you are having trouble ovulating, there are ovulatory drugs such as clomid that can help. I wish you luck and lots of baby dust.

Not sure what underlying issues you have that would "make it hard to have kids." This is what we did that worked for us (I'm 38) and trying to conceive #2. We had #1 when I was 37. We had sex every other day starting from a couple of days before ovulation to a few days after ovulation. Then, after sex I didn't get out of bed right away. Put a pillow under your hips to help the sperm make their way through your cervix. Pray a lot, think positive, and try to relax. Good luck honey.

The best way really dosent exist. Some people say that certian positions or certian lifestyles have a better chance of inreasing pregnancy, however if thats the case how come we have 15 year olds who get drunk everynight and do drugs, who decide to lay on their back and have sex, how do they get pregnant! My OBGYN once told me jokingly that I shoud take up drugs and partying and maybe it would happen faster. It really takes time and a lot of patience. We have been trying now for 6 months and still nothing, I thought it would be a breeze, but it just takes time. Good Luck to you:)

Why is it hard for you? What did a doctor say? If there are no medical reasons for not conceiving, is it just irregular periods? If so, you need to find out when you are ovulating. I would try an ovulation kit. It worked for me. If you have a medical condition, I would get that taken care of first.

Dont waste too much time. Go see a fertility specialist and see what's wrong, and what they suggest you do. You can get a referral from your regular obgyn I believe. Good luck.

Do NOT have sex often. Only have it when it is time that you can get pregnant. You need to let your husbands sperm build up and then use them at the right time. If you have sex often you are using all his good guys all the time. Then when it is time that you can get pregnant he may be shooting low sperm count.

Try having sex doggie style. Do it about two or three days when your stops. Thats when your eggs are dropping more. Thats how I got pregnant.
