Can I buy a Sidekick3 off of Ebay and still use the Myfaves plan?

Or does the phone have to be purchased through TMobile? I've found much better rates for that phone on ebay, etc but I want to use the myfave plans.

You can still use myfaves. Its network dependent, not phone dependent.
