- If u already installed the printer, then when u wanna print a paper & activate the printer, the computer don't see it
in this case chech the connection between printer & CPU, it might be the USB cable is not working well or USB socket in the CPU is not working well
- If the above idea didn't work, try to install it again
- Otherwise try to change your windows version

Most printers these days require you to load the software then, at a certain point (when you are told to) you connect the printer to finish the install. If you did not fillow that procedure disconnect the printer, uninstall the printer software and reinstall following the instructions that came with it. Just be sure to reboot after uninstalling the drivers and before reinstalling. If it still will not "see" the printer then you will have to edit the registry to remove some the the info. Epsons can be a problem that way.

Make sure that you follow all of the directions carefully, and make sure all of the cables are inserted properly. For most printers, the installation tells you when to insert the cable, so double-check everything and try again. If you can't install it, you should try calling your printer company. They should be able to solve the problem.

you need the right driver for the model , usually the company gives a CD with the printer or if you dont have it windows have the most popular drivers for printers, go on the control panel and do the install printer with the driver.
