I remember that the number one thing that helped me get rid of feeling sick was the opposite of what I felt like doing at that moment. That is, I purposely drank water or sipped on smoothies and tried to eat. I found out that feeling nauseous during pregnancy is usually due to being dehydrated.

I wouldn't worry about this right now. With morning sickness, you'll have days that you'll feel pretty good and others you'll swear that this is the last child you'll have. When I was 15 weeks pregnant my morning sickness went away, just like that in one day. I was worried because I didn't feel pregnant, but doctor assured me that everything was ok.

I didn't get really bad morning sickness till 6 weeks along. Be happy that you are having days that aren't as bad and relish in them. There will be plenty of bad days to come (sorry for the bad news.) When I was sick, I kind of got used to it and it didn't bother me as much. Keeping busy helped with that. My worse days were when I stayed at home on the weekends, when I was working I was too busy (with a bunch of Kindergarteners as the beginning of the year) that I didn't have time to think how miserable I was. And I'll tell you, once it was gone, I forgot about how horrible it was.

With my first two pregnacies I had morning sickness day and night the whole seven month. Yep, two premies. With the third and final one, I had a different Dr who gave me vitamin B12 shots when I'd start getting queasy again and I carried that baby full term. Some Drs laugh at it but I've had some friends and relatives who requested the shot and it worked for every one of them. Don't ask me why it works but it really does. Some women jjust have it for a very short time and then they are ok but this is good for those that are sick the entire time. God bless you and your little one.

When it comes to morning sickness, you will have good days and bad days. My morning sicness subsides for a few days and then it comes raging back. It is normal and just enjoy the good days when they come! Some people are lucky and never have morning sickness so you really can't worry about it too much.
