Physically? His eyes and his hands(and no, not the size of them)
As a person? Not a "show off" or "all talk", has to know what he wants in life and not afraid to go after it.

Confidence. I'm drawn to men with confidence and low self-esteem is a big turn off. A guy can be ok looking but if he has really high confidence then it just makes him all the more cuter in my opinion. Sense or humor and intelligence is another key one.
Physically- taller than me, weighs more than me (but not fat or obese), teeth and smile, then eyes.

his personality factors. Looks only add to the attraction, but mean nothing without a good personality.
