My computer quit scannig my hard drive...help?

I have Sonic Solutions, Roxio Cd burner, but all of a sudden it won't scan my hard drives for files. Any one know what I can do to get it to act right! ???

Didn't we already figure this out? LOL Go to your specified download folder and drag and drop them into your program window. Burn and enjoy!

would uninstall it and reinstall, or could be a conflict with another running program or malware. windows media player does the same job.
