With your skin tone, hair & eyes I think that you could wear brighter colors. As for make-up I like nutural/brown w/black eyeliner. Use a nuteral lipstick for day, but a red/burgandy for night.

I think earth tones always look good, Oranges, reds, browns, think of fall colors. . .
