I hate it when stuff like that happens!
Well, I would get a new pen...
But some people would throw the pen on the ground yelling curses and insults all while flinging papers and books at it.
So, I guess you should get a new shiny one. I like the ballpoint ones. I ones the clicky ones are cool, too. It's fun to click pens. I like it. You know what's even better? If you have a ballpoint clickey pin! That's a blast!

If it's a nice pen then go to the store and buy another tube of ink. They're sold seperately & you can get a variety of different colors & pen tips (ballpoint etc...)
If it's just a pen that comes in one of those plastic bags in a 20 pack then just throw it away when it quits working completely.

buy a new one, if the is more ink, take the actual ink tube out of the pen and hold it over a source of heat for a couple of seconds to losen the ink.
