I'm sorry, but foot odor has absolutely nothing to do with race. It has to do with personal hygiene, the type of shoes one wears, a person's propensity to sweating etc.

dont know i dont walk around smelling peoples feet, i would guess anyone who doesnt wash them would stink, hygeine is more an issue than race.
