Lubricate the entrance to your vagina as well as your fingers. Sit on the toilet with your knees spread widely apart. While bearing down like you're having a bowel movement, insert your index finger into your vaginal canal, feel for the back end of the tampon, hook your finger behind it, and gently slide it out. Simple as pie.
(Also in the future, may I suggest that you give the strings a tug before you insert? It will prevent this from happening again.)

i would use some jelly (vaginal jelly / lubercant) and put that in there and on your fingers and work your way at stretching the area and then just pulling it out...
try to give above the tampon with 1 finger- hook it over the top and pull outward.
this might be easier if you prop your foot on the toilet and squat slightly. Relax.
if you can NOT get it out..
go to the dr.

Use some lubricant. If you don't have any use some baby oil or petroleum jelly. Reach up there and grab that baby, shouldn't be that big of a problem. Good luck : )
If you really struggle and can't get it, just head to the emergency room.

fill the bath tub w/ warm water and sit in it the tampon will expand and then when you get out of the water it will be wet and soft enough to pull out.

Sweety YOU NEED to go to the doctor. It may be embarrassing to you, but what's more important? The longer you wait, the more prone you are to toxic shock syndrome caused by tampons.....GOOD LUCK!!!

definitely go to the emergency room. the longer you leave it in, the greater risk of TSS or serious damage if you continue to try to take it out yourself
