Well.....Even to make a guess, I will need to know the size of the hotel (Number of rooms etc.) and the kind of amenities it offers (Like retaurants, coffe shop/bakery/bar/laundary, health club). To estimate the cost of electricity I will have to know which area is it located...It can be almost negligible to the most expensive facility.
