my period is always heavy is there a way to make it not??

Yes. Ask your doctor to prescribe some of the newer birth control pills, like Yaz. They are specially formulated to make your periods shorter and lighter. In fact, any birth control pill will make them lighter, but the new ones are designed to make them a few days shorter as well. In fact, there is one where you only have a period every three months -- that's just four times a year. I wish they had them when I was younger.

well you could start by changing your diet by including more iron and veg but if its really heavy then go to ur gp he can subsribe you the pill

no not really i dont believe that it would make your period lighter it certainly doesnt work for me

I dont think so,,,
maybe be carefull on what you eat...
you could eat less cold foods...such a ice cream, cold coke etc
thats what I heard from some1 :D
