go to your ob and have him/her do an ovulation test and have her/him put you on a sex schudule and count your cycle like i have a 31 day cycle good luck.... also look into ovulex.com

Depends on how you are trying.
I've had friends who have had sex everyday and had no luck. But from what I read (and experienced) every other day is the way to go. I got pregnant the first month by doing it this way...no ovulation kit or anything. I was lucky! But if you do it everyday, it can decrease sperm count and make it more difficult.
Second point - relax. Many people have trouble because they want to be pregnant so bad. They stress themselves out and often, for whatever reason, they can't get pregnant.
Have orgasm after he does. I've read (and again, experienced) that this will actually help some of the semen get up a bit farther into your system.
Finally, prop your butt up on a pillow for about 20 minutes afterward and let it all flow down.

The gyno told my couz's wife to have sex (start counting from the first day of your period and count to day 9) on the 9th day, 12th day, and the 14th day cuz those are your most fertile days. Also, after sex lie on your back with your legs up in the air and a pillow underneath your hips for about 15 minutes. Good luck and best wishes!

Get proper diet both you and husband. Don't think too much to get pregnant,sometimes it idn't work. Make love naturally. Relax yourself. Choose appropriate time. Check this site if it helps you.

keep trying track your ovulation know how your body work and RELAX!!! let things happen because it will it just takes time but have fun while your doing it!! :) good luck!

Go on fertilityfriend.com--it bascially charts your ovulation time so you know when you are most fertile. Good luck!!

Be patient and have sex every other day (once per day) around your ovulation time.
