I know exactly what you mean. Im 5ft1" and am 34g.
A breast reduction is an invasive operation. It might be worth you looking into what it entails before even considering if you want one.
Secondly, if you continue to lose weight, it should, eventually, come off your boobs.
Thirdly, if you are on the pill or any other hormonal contraception it can increase your bust size.
And finally, if you have decided the operation isnt to scary, you haven't lost enough weight off your boobs, your not on hormonal treatment & you still suffer back pain, your fiance will love your new boobs as much as he loves your old ones because they will be part of you! You will walk with more confidence (and a straighter back!) and they will be perkier than ever.
See the docs to log your back complaint & follow any treatment they advise, you will need this in order to get a boob reduction on the NHS.

You will love it! I was a 38J and had a breast reduction. Five pounds off later and I am a 38C, nice and perky!

Since you have back pain, a breast reduction would be great.

I worked out before my reduction and didn't lose ANYTHING in the breast. It really depends on how much fatty tissue versus breast tissue is in your breasts. I've known people (and me) who didn't lose anything in the cup size even though they lost weight.

I would start looking around at plastic surgeons that are covered under your health insurance. See at least three of them before you choose someone to do this surgery.

You will be out of work for at least two weeks. Healing takes up to a year (mainly the swelling and final cup size. your incisions should close within a month or so).

A few sites to help you out:

http://www.bfar.org
and
http://www.breasthealthonline.com

The BHO site has a forum section specifically for breast reductions. They also have a picture forum so you can see everyones before and after pictures. That site helped me out so much before during and after my recovery.

Depending on how picky your insurance is, will depend on if you need to lose weight or not. My ins co did not require me to lose any weight thank goodness. I know how hard it is to work out with big breasts. Some insurance companies do require you to lose weight.

Let me know if you have any questions. Like I said, that BHO site helped me out a lot. They have a FAQ forum which has a list of questions you could ask the PS you are consulting with.

Good luck!
