elaborating (below): Bush had Afghanistan’s Taliban on the run and leaving the country. Bush then lost focus on Afghanistan by using forged documents (uranium/Niger) to invade Iraq. So instead of doing well in Afghan (bird in hand), he is losing ground in two wars (two in Bush).

We're too tied down and distracted in Iraq now. The time for permanently fixing the problems in Afghanistan have passed sadly.
