i want to return it to macy's but i have no receipt. will they me switch the type of bag it is and pay the difference?

Yeah because last week I bought a coach and i wanted to exchange it for a different color so i went and they gave me a purse but I had to pay the difference.

No. I just tried to take a Dooney purse back to Macy's and they wouldn't do a refund, exchange, store credit or anything without the original tags and receipt. They were really uncooperative.

They should, they'll probably just give you store credit and you can pay the difference like I said. I dont see why not.
