Should be about 9 to 15 dollars a piece, unless they are really awesome.

Wow, that is way too much to spend on three t shirts, unless you are paying for some designer name, about forty dollars of that money should still be in your wallet.
If you are dressing to impress, you are only going be showing people a fake you. You need to be letting the real person show through. Expensive t shirts and expensive belongings are not going to buy you true friends and a happy life.
That forty dollars could go toward a savings account, gas for your car, food to feed you and your family. It is fun to have some nice things, but you need to learn to spend your money a bit more sensibly.

about 25 dollars a shirt...
thats a little pricey, if they are designer or something its ok
for 73 dollars i could buy, a pair of jeans, a sweatshirt, a shirt, shoes and accessories

Too much...for 73.00 I can buy 3 t-shirts,pair of jeans,pair of shoes and still have enough money to eat lunch.
