Does either of the Logitech webcams (fusion or Ultra) rotate 360 degrees?

I am looking for one to go with a laptop to send to my husband in Iraq. I was wondering if either the Logitech quickcam ultra vision or the quickcam fusion rotate left or right?

They do no rotate left to right - they are fixed. You can place the camera on slight left to right tilt (angle) but it will not rotate the full 360. Sadly the quickcam fusion is the same.
However do not get me wrong the two devices are very good and get the job done.
