Im bored anyone have any ideas on what to do for entertainment??i dont want to watch tv

Anytime you're bored, use it as an opportunity to learn something new. I learn something new every single day, and I don't mean that in a starry eyed way.. I mean it literally. I choose a subject ( or one chooses me) and I look through my books, or on the net, and I learn something new. Not only does it make me smarter, but it gives me something to talk about at the dinner table! I have learned about subjects as varied as hummingbirds, teeth/gums and their diseases, making soap, cumulus clouds, poodles, satin, silk, etc... etc.. etc.. I have found some really interesting facts about some really interesting things, and all because rather than allow myself to be bored, I make sure I am bettered. Try it!

Write a letter to someone you haven't talked to in a while. Maybe an older relative, or long lost friend... don't type it though, too impersonal.
