I saw this picture of the German Giant Rabbit through an e-mail from a friend and would like to find out how to get one of these rabbits. Unfortunately, it seems that the giant breed's taken the internet by storm, and whenever I search google to find a breeder's website I get news articles or urban legend sites.
Does anybody know where I could possibly find a breeder's website, preferably in the USA? Does anyone have any idea of how much they cost?

Go to yahoogroups and join the rare breed rabbit group. There is tons of info. on there about german giants. My guess is that they would be pretty expensive because they have to be imported into the country and that is a lot of money and a lot of red tape. Try Bob Witmans site its rare bits and peices. Has imports rabbits on a regular basis. You might also want to look into Flemish giants they are quite common and I am sure that you could find one in any state and they are quite reasonably priced.
