My answer would be yes she should feel cheated, and thank you for including the other colors. If you divide 311(the total number of candies) by 4 (the number of different colors) you get 77.75. Fran only got 63 green, so that is less than the average. She was shorted 14.75 green candies.

Well if there were an equal amount of Colorees of each color, three would have 78, with one having 77. Since she only received 63 greens, she was shorted about 14 or 15 Colorees in a case that there were an equal amount of colors in the bag. First you divide 311 by 4 and see what that makes, which proves that 3 colors would have 78 and one would have 77. I hope that makes sense. ;)

Divide 4 into 311 = that will give you the amount each color would have to be. 77 3/4 each color.

So yes she got cheated on greens. This is a percentage problem.

So take 311-63 green ones this leaves you with 248 divide that by the number of colors you have left which is 3.

248 divided 3 = 82 2/3 ---- Yip she really got cheated on those green ones.

Yes you should feel cheated considering 78 candles of each color would be the equal distribution. Meaning you recieved more of the other colorees than the one you like.

Well 20% of the candy was green.. she should only feel gypped if there is only one other color.. but if there are at least 5 colors in the bag.. she got a fair share.. if there are more than 5 colors she got more

I think so, if you do 311 divided by 4 you get 77 which is one quarter but she got 63 which is less than a quarter so yeah

all the colors available are yellow, blue, green, and red. so there are 4v colors

311/4=77.75

63/77.75=81%

seems a bit on the shy side or random chance. so yes

Subtract 15 from the two factors and then multiply by utilising -a million to get the y by utilising itself. if its mroe comfortable chage the y to an x because it would not easily count as long as you adjust each and all of the y's to x's. in any case you get -18. desire it helps
